Kim Leifsen is the visionary behind Hiring Strategies, founded to ‘Insp-Hire’ work that matters. Inspired by her early observations of her father’s unfulfilling work and a pivotal moment at the Frank Russell Company, Kim is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations become their best selves.

With a passion for authenticity, she helps people live their strengths and find fulfillment through assessments, coaching, and the Insp-HIRED process. Kim built her team by embracing her weaknesses and hiring those who complement her, creating synergy that drives Hiring Strategies’ mission.

Her dream is to create a nonprofit to teach high school students self-awareness and emotional intelligence, revolutionizing how we approach work.
